How to measure your safe and guns

        1. Split the guns into scoped and unscoped. Count guns with extra equipment as scoped.
        2. Sort by length: short with short, long with long. Pick a rest height from the floor for each group — L2.
        3. Measure the largest distance from the barrel to the back wall — L1. We add 5–10 mm clearance.
        4. Measure the safe distance left and right of the barrel centre — together that is the barrel-centre spacing L3.
        5. Measure the inside width and depth of the safe.

        Which series to choose

FRno scope, up to 60 mm between barrels
FDno scope, up to 80 mm between barrels
FDOscoped, L1 up to 90 mm, up to 80 mm between barrels
UGLno scope, guns turned at 45°, 98 mm pitch
UGL_Oscoped, at 45°, plus a side and a straight end place

        What a good cradle does

        • Uses the safe space fully so more guns fit.
        • Keeps guns from scratching each other, the safe body and fittings.
        • Lasts, and does not absorb moisture or oil.
        • Is easy to use.

        Mounting

        Vinyl magnet
Budget option for a steel safe. The smaller the rest, the weaker the magnet.
        Neodymium magnet 16 mm
Several times stronger than vinyl. Reliable in a steel safe.
        Neodymium magnet 25 mm
Very strong — for safes with fabric lining.
        Plastic clip
The plastic clip mounts to a wall, wood or chipboard (double-sided tape works), and the rest clamps into it.
        Screw holes
Holes for screws — for a wooden cabinet or a wall.
        Glue
The rest is glued to the safe body.
